Something I really, really, really, rrrreally enjoy, is mixing digital illustration an photography.
It was one of the first things I experimented, when got to know about graphic tablets and their use (ypeeeee!), and that's also a very spontaneous way I unwind after a stressful day.
Qualcosa che mi piace veramente, veramente, veramennnnte tanto fare, è mischiare illustrazione digitale e fotografia: è stata una delle cose che più mi ha interessata appena ho scoperto dell'esistenza e dell'uso delle tavolette grafiche, ed è una tecnica che mi piace usare tutt'oggi, alla fine di una di quelle giornate lunghe, piene e stanche.
Looking back among my first drawings, I found this funny illustration about a lonely radish (It dates back to september 2009).
Guardando indietro, tra i miei primi disegni, ho scovato una rapina triste e solitaria del settembre del 2009, hehehe!
This, instead, is something I made last evening, with a picture I clicked in basel at the Vitra Museum.
Now the happy artichoke has an ID card as well!
